I Will:

Live violence free and never commit, condone, or stay silent about any act of violence.
Report all known and suspected incidents of domestic violence to the National Domestic Violence Hotline: 1-800-799-SAFE (7233) or TTY 1-800-787-3224 and call 911 if an act of domestic violence is occurring.
Make it a priority to educate myself as well as my friends, family, and children about healthy relationships.
Improve my knowledge and understanding of domestic violence by reviewing Guidelines for Leaving an Abusive Relationship and Warning Signs of an Abusive Relationship and how to establish an Exit Action Plan.
Educate my sons to respect women and to understand that strength is not defined by violence or domination.
Empower my daughters to strengthen their self-esteem and self-worth.
