End the Silence

To achieve our first goal, our organization will research and analyze existing effective curriculum addressing the individual causes and effects of violence in our society. Courage is Change will create a single cohesive curriculum that meets 'best results' standards and bridges the gaps between the different programs. Most current programs only address a single cause or effect. We will address the issue as a whole. By educating school age youth about healthy respectful relationships and communities, they will learn that verbal, physical and sexual abuse and assault should not be tolerated. Our work will empower children with coping skills and tools to resolve problems through non-violent means focusing on communication and reporting.
